A refined sparkling wine made from Koshu grapes grown in the Minaminoro area, crafted using the Traditional Method (Méthode Champenoise) for secondary fermentation in bottle. It reveals a delicate mousse, with fine bubbles and a crisp, refreshing character. Bright notes of Japanese citrus add elegance and lift to this beautifully balanced expression.
